We highly recommend you to read and understand on our below terms and condition carefully to ensure that your reservation, trip, and activities are in order. However some suppliers are also having their conditions. For this, we will have specific conditions might be applied depend on each arrangement, time booking, etc.
How to Book?
Advance reservation is a must, to check the space availability. The last reservation may be accepted up to 48 hours prior to a tour departure date but will be subject to the space availability and may be subject to the payment. Please book direct to:

Prices mentioned on our website are quoted in US$, Indonesian Rupiah or other currencies as shown at the price information in the detail page of each service.
This price is non- commissionable.
The prices on our website will be valid only if you make booking with Daranusa.com.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation and / or other caused beyond our control.
All normal booking must be paid for in advance to secure booking.
Payment method depends on which service you book. Appropriate payment method will be informed in the confirmation notification which you will receive once your booking is confirmed.
Pay to the driver directly upon pick-up on the day of your booking.
Bank transfers to our bank account in advance.
Some services such as sightseeing tours using domestic air plane, or boat transfer/cruises etc need the advance payment.
Traveller is urged to protect his/her investment with travel insurance.
We realize that the needs of insurance coverage is vary from one traveller to others therefore, most of our tour packages are not including travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of insurance, unless being stated in the tour/activity details on our website.
In some services, a basic insurance coverage is available and will be mentioned in each tour/activity details.
Single Supplement and Single Traveller
In our interpretation a single supplement is a people who are travelling in a group but do not want to share room accommodation with other group member. If she or he would like to take a room for him or her alone, then she / he will need to pay an extra charge of room price what we call single supplement charge.
In our interpretation a single traveller is a people who are travelling alone in a private means NOT combine with any other people. Both of them must be paid when a single supplement or single travel have been chosen.
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of a Passport that is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival, and have proof (tickets) of onward or return passage. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.

We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
